Shopping Basics

Currently, we only ship to your address. For Belgium we use Bpost.

Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This also means it can’t be washed or worn. It must also be in the original packaging.

At the moment we only ship parcels within the EU. We are working on shipping internationally, if you want to keep updated on this follow us on social media.

You can expect your parcel within 2-5 working days.

We will contact you back as soon as possible with more information. We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product can’t be washed or worn and has to be in the same condition and original packaging.

When we receive your returned product and it’s in good condition you will receive the payment within 3 business days.

You can contact us at [email protected] before you received the track and trace link from the courier. Once the package has been shipped we can’t change or cancel an order anymore and you will have to return the order.
